On Tuesday afternoon I visited the surgery for my daughter Flora to have her preschool boosters and flu jab. I have to say that the nurse was absolutely amazing and her distraction method was amazing. I couldn’t believe how quickly 2 jabs and a flu nasal spray had been administered. Flora was simply selecting stickers . No tears or distress just one very happy little girl. I myself have had bad experiences at Longcroft and so absolutely praise where it’s due on this occasion. The appointment time was 3.10. I’ve seen the wonder doctor on you tube who uses distraction to administer baby immunisation jabs and as far as I’m concerned your member of staff was just as amazing. Well done Longcroft

On this particular occasion absolutely nothing. Making sure I asked her name maybe but I’m sure you’ll praise her or I’d like to think so.

I had an appointment with the nurse called Debbie. She was very accommodating & welcoming. During the visit she was very reassuring & any questions/queries asked she was more than helpful.

Time and time again I have had awful service from this clinic. Rude reception staff, and today a rude nurse. Some very rude doctors with a terrible bedside manner. A shambles of a clinic, and would not recommend. I have given feedback plenty of times to no avail, but today was the last straw and I am changing clinic.

I was sent to Epsom hospital and told no paperwork was needed as all being done electronically. However the path lab then asked for my ID. I had to go all the way home. The lady after me had the same problem. Also from the Longcroft clinic!

i contacted the clinic about a long standing growth on my right breast . I had seen Dr Ray about it some years ago I knew that it was not malign but it had started to enlarge so I thought i would have it checked again . I applied on the website ; I was contacted by phone and had an appointment within days with a nurse who was very helpful took a photograph of the growth and sent it away for further inspection . Dr Ray kindly texted me with a re-assuring answer . I cannot imagine a quicker and better outcome .
